Stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unopened condition with all original packaging, labels, and documentation intact. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item purchase price. The exact fee will be communicated when your return is approved. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking with our suppliers.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Returns sent without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, item damaged in transit, or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in return transit.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For Zelle payments, refunds will be sent to the same Zelle account.
Orders placed through an approved quote are subject to the return terms stated in the quote document. Where no specific terms are stated, this Return Policy applies. Special pricing on quoted orders does not affect return eligibility.
