1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of gdssupply.com and any purchase you make from GDS Supply, operated by Global Dynamic Systems (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Orders & Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by GDS Supply. Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase; it does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Orders placed online are reviewed by our team before fulfillment. For large or unusual orders, we may contact you to verify details before processing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

We accept payment via credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, ACH bank transfer, and Zelle. Payment is due at time of order unless a net terms arrangement has been separately agreed upon in writing.

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders where required by law. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate prior to purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. GDS Supply is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier once the shipment has been picked up.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Orders requiring freight (LTL) shipment will be quoted separately by our sales team.

If you elect to use your own carrier account, you assume full responsibility for the shipment from the point of pickup.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please review our Return Policy for full details. In general, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for stock items in original, unopened condition. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Special orders, custom-cut items, and discontinued products are not eligible for return.

6. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are complete, reliable, or error-free. Specifications are sourced from manufacturers and may be updated without notice. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that a product is suitable for their intended application before ordering.

7. Warranty

Products sold by GDS Supply carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, where applicable. GDS Supply does not provide any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GDS Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product data — is the property of Global Dynamic Systems or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
